Colophon

A few notes about how this site is made, what it values, and the kind of web I want to contribute to.

Privacy

This site is deliberately lightweight. It contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. I prefer pages that feel like pages, not tracking dressed up in nice typography.

Accessibility

The site aims for WCAG 2.1 AA conformance. That is not a claim of perfection. It is a commitment to keep improving semantics, keyboard access, contrast, focus handling and clarity of content over time.

Source

The source is linked in the footer because I believe openness should be practical, not decorative. Sharing how the site is built lets me learn in public and hold myself to my own standards.

Sustainability

I care about a leaner web: fewer dependencies, less unnecessary client-side complexity and better performance on ordinary devices and networks. Small technical decisions reduce friction, for people and for infrastructure alike.

Writing

Articles are for slower thinking. Notes are for smaller observations, patterns and ideas still taking shape. Together they form a record of what I'm learning and what I think matters in frontend work.

Software

This site is built with Astro and plain CSS. The goal is not minimalism for its own sake, but a simple stack that stays readable, maintainable, and fast.
